The production and processing of paper, board, grains, steel and plastics create dust that may be hazardous and scrap materials that are recyclable. A trim waste vacuum air system will automate the removal of the scrap products from the production area allowing the machinery to operate continuously 24/7 if necessary. The air systems transport the waste to a separator where the air and the waste are separated and the product is baled for resale. The dust-laden air is either exhausted to atmosphere or is filtered to capture the dust and return the filtered air to the facility. In the corrugated, printing, carton industries, the baled waste can provide a significant secondary profit center.
