Design

After initial contact and discussions, an EP Inc. sales engineer will visit the job site to evaluate your current operation and discuss your needs with the plant personnel involved with the project.

Individual industries have specific applications that require different approaches to solve their scrap material disposal problems. We approach each project with no pre-determined solution. We realize that although individual plants within the same industry may use the same type production equipment, the solution for each plant can often be quite different. We do not go by the “one size fits all´ philosophy so common in today’s industries.

Engineering

Product and system engineers gather information at the job site. We research previous equipment applications and projects to develop the most effective means to address the client’s needs.

EP Inc. engineers and support personnel use state of the art Computer Aided Design and equipment to provide detailed documentation for project design, manufacturing and project management.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing facility includes capabilities for cutting, shaping, bending, forming, and fabricating all metal types for the construction of all component parts that may be necessary for the installation of the systems that we design.

Our fabricating shop utilizes a 200 amp Fine Line 200 computerized plasma cutter, multiple  mig, tig and stick welding stations,  250 ton CNC press brake,  7 gauge X 10 ft. metal roller, iron workers and 10 ton overhead cranes.

After fabrication of equipment, it is cleaned and painted to customers specifications. Then assembled on site to test before shipping to the customer

Testing

All EP Inc. systems components are tested at the factory before field installation. To insure a trouble free onsite installation all Separator/Receivers and Filters are pre-assembled before shipment.

From initial design to installation and start up, all components are designed and built to the highest standards to guarantee years of trouble free service.
